About CUE

CUE is the trade fair for event, installation and entertainment technology offers a total overview of technical facilities for indoor and outdoor stages. It is the permanent meeting place for technicians in the event industry and performing arts.

In 1987 the Foundation for the Theatre Technology Exhibition was established. It was an initiative of a number of suppliers from the theatre industry. The aim was to set up a professional non-profit exhibition for technicians. Even during CUE2024 this principle still remains central. The Netherlands is internationalle known for its high-quality stage technique. Quality, safety and reliability are keywords. Producers are responding to the trend that everything is becoming more and more interactive. CUE2026 is the meeting point for the industry to share knowledge, experiences and innovations so that the existing experience can remain at a high level.

At CUE it's not just about materials, but also abouot the thinking behind it. Examples of technical ingenuity will be shown from stands. In addition, demo rooms are made available to demonstrate products live. CUE Experience will also take place at CUE2026, in this extra hall exhibitors can actually show, hear and feel what innovative technology they have at home. A lot is possible: stages, fog screens, smoke projections, 360-projections, VR demos and a lot more. A real experience for the visitor.

For three days Rotterdam Ahoy is the professional platform for exhibitors presenting their products and services in the field of events, installations and entertainment. At CUE tried and tested technology and innovative multimedia solutions go hand in hand. People attend CUE to stay up to date on the latest technical developments, to maintain their existing professional network or to explore new contacts and investment opportunities.
